Pithivier Set

High-quality product set for making an outstanding Pithivier, developed in collaboration with Ron McKinlay. The Pithivier Dome Mold includes one shape and is made from 100% food-grade silicone. It can handle temperatures from -40°C to +200°C, making it perfect for use in both the (shock) freezer and oven.The set also comes with pastry cutters to cut the dough to the right shape. The cutters are food-safe but not dishwasher-safe. We recommend washing them in lukewarm water without using detergent.*You will also receive a printed recipe card by Chef Ron McKinlay with his recipe for “Chicken and Mushroom” Pithivier.
