Curated in collaboration with Chef Ron McKinlay, the series brings together a handpicked collective of renowned chefs to celebrate Toronto’s dining scene, Canadian ingredients, and the growers, producers, and makers behind every dish.
Following the debut of Edition I: The Art of Pâtisserie, the series continues with Edition II: The Art of Contemporary Canadian Cuisine, where Chef McKinlay and Shangri-La Toronto's culinary team present a thoughtfully curated tasting menu inspired by classical techniques and the finest seasonal ingredients from Ontario and across Canada. The evening is complemented by a Belvedere welcome cocktail and Ace of Spades Champagne, followed by premium wines from SoGrape and a Louis XIII dessert pairing. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet Chef McKinlay while enjoying an intimate evening of exceptional dining at bosk.
